Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you, including local telecommunications and data-protection rules.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• You may only register a WhatsApp number that you personally own and control.
• Each number can belong to only one account. To move a number to a different account, it must first be removed from the original account.
• By registering a number, you grant other signed-in members the right to view, download, and import it from the public directory. Do not register a number unless you are comfortable with this.
• You can remove your number at any time, which removes it from the directory going forward.

The Service is a contact-exchange network. Numbers you publish become discoverable by other registered members and may be exported as VCF files or synchronized into their Google Contacts. Exported and synced contacts are labeled with the "HF :" prefix so recipients can identify their source.

You agree that you will not:

• Register numbers you do not own, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or for unlawful marketing.
• Harvest, scrape, or resell directory data outside the features the Service provides.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

You are solely responsible for how you use any contact information obtained through the Service and for complying with messaging-consent laws in your jurisdiction.

If you connect your Google account, you authorize the Service to create contacts in your Google Contacts on your behalf, including optional background auto-sync. Our use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect at any time from the Sync Hub, which revokes our stored access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of contact data by other users. The Service is a directory and does not control how third parties use information you publish.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
